General Maintenance

If maintenance is something you deal with regularly, our monthly packages are worth considering. For a fixed monthly investment you get a dedicated team on hand every month, scheduled visits, and the peace of mind that nothing gets left on the to-do list.

The Initial Site Assessment includes a full compliance record of your premises — water, electrical, and gas check dates, upcoming certification due dates, and any immediate concerns. Quoted separately.
All packages include access to specialist trades, fully insured and DBS checked team. Additional hours beyond your package allowance are charged at the standard hourly rate.
Cleaning Services
A clean, welcoming environment matters — for your staff, your customers, and your reputation. Whether you need a regular cleaning schedule, a one-off deep clean, or end of tenancy support, we provide professional commercial cleaning tailored around your business.

Ad Hoc & Hourly Services
Need something sorted without a monthly commitment? We charge by the hour with no hidden extras.
Minimum charge: 1.5 hours. Materials charged at cost plus 15%. Standard rates apply Monday–Friday during business hours.
SPECIALIST & PROJECT WORKS
For larger projects, specialist installations, compliance works, and anything requiring a formal quote, we’ll carry out a free assessment and provide a clear, itemised estimate before any work begins.

Terms & Conditions
Payment
Invoices are issued upon completion of works. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Monthly package fees are invoiced in advance on the 1st of each month.
Cancellations
One-off jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 1.5 hour’s labour. Monthly packages require 30 days written notice to cancel.
Materials
Unless otherwise agreed, materials are charged at cost price plus a 15% handling and sourcing fee. A materials estimate will be provided in advance where possible.
Hours
Package hours are calculated per calendar month and do not roll over. Additional hours beyond your package allowance are charged at the standard hourly rate.
Specialist Works
All specialist electrical, gas, plumbing, and heating works are carried out by qualified and certified engineers. Certification and compliance documentation is provided upon completion where applicable.
Quotes & Estimates
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates may be subject to revision if the scope of work changes once works have commenced.
Liability
WHC Maintenance Ltd carries full public liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request.
