Notice Something That Needs Fixing?
Sometimes a clean uncovers something that needs attention — a damaged floor, a broken fixture, a blocked drain. As part of WHC Maintenance, we can arrange for any repairs to be dealt with by our team. All additional works are quoted in advance and require your approval before any work begins.

Terms & Conditions
Minimum Booking — All bookings carry a minimum charge of 2 hours.
Cancellations — Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of 2 hours at the applicable rate.
Regular Schedules — Ongoing arrangements require 14 days written notice to cancel or amend.
Access & Facilities — The client is responsible for providing safe access to the premises and access to water and electricity where required.
Cleaning Materials — Unless otherwise agreed, WHC Maintenance supplies all necessary materials and equipment.
Satisfaction — If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify at no additional charge.
Insurance — WHC Maintenance carries full public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
