£130/hour

For repairs, installations, and works that can be scoped in advance, we charge by the hour with a one-hour minimum. All hourly works are agreed with you before we begin.

Quoted Works

For larger projects — washroom refurbishments, full pipework installations, water system upgrades, and commercial plumbing works — we provide a free, no-obligation written quote before any work begins.

Terms & Conditions

Hourly Works

A minimum charge of 1.5 hour applies. Time is charged in 30-minute increments thereafter.

Materials

Charged at cost price plus 15%. An estimate will be provided in advance where possible.

Quoted Works

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Quotes may be revised if the scope of work changes once works have commenced.

Cancellations

Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of up to 1.5 hour’s labour.

Insurance

WHC Maintenance carries full public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
