Hourly Works
- For most fitting and fixing jobs, we charge by the hour with a one-hour minimum. All works are agreed with you before we begin — no surprises.
Specialist Projects
- For larger installations and all bespoke carpentry work, we provide a free, no-obligation written quote following a site visit. Design, materials, and cost are all agreed before any work begins.

Terms & Conditions
Hourly Works
A minimum charge of 1.5 hour applies. Time is charged in 30-minute increments thereafter.
Materials
For hourly works, materials are charged at cost price plus 15%. An estimate will be provided in advance where possible.
Quoted Works
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Quotes may be revised if the scope of work changes once works have commenced.
Bespoke Carpentry
All bespoke carpentry projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis following a site visit. Materials are included within the project quote unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before works commence on larger projects.
Cancellations
Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of up to 1.5 hour’s labour. For bespoke projects where materials have already been ordered, cancellation charges may apply.
Insurance
WHC Maintenance carries full public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
