Hourly Works
- FFor servicing, repairs, and smaller installations that can be scoped in advance, we charge by the hour with a one-hour minimum. All hourly works are agreed with you before we begin.
Specialist Projects
- For boiler replacements, heating system upgrades, gas pipework installations, and larger commercial projects, we provide a free, no-obligation written quote before any work begins.

Terms & Conditions
Hourly Works
A minimum charge of 1.5 hour applies. Time is charged in 30-minute increments thereafter.
Materials
Charged at cost price plus 15%. An estimate will be provided in advance where possible.
Quoted Works
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Quotes may be revised if the scope of work changes once works have commenced.
Gas Safety Certificates
All gas safety inspections and certificates are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Documentation is provided upon completion.
Compliance Records
Where WHC Maintenance holds compliance and certification records for your premises, it remains the client’s responsibility to ensure all legally required certificates and inspections are kept up to date.
Cancellations
Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of up to 1.5 hour’s labour.
Insurance
WHC Maintenance carries full public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
